Ingredients

Munich classic! WEISBIER NATURTRÜB PGI beer is naturally cloudy and has quite a lot of foam. It immediately smells of bananas, and later the yeast aroma becomes prominent. Experts highly value this beer for its pleasant hints of mango and pineapple, as well as the excellent balance between sweetness and bitterness. "Paulaner" beer is brewed in Munich, Germany, strictly following the Bavarian Purity Law introduced on April 23, 1516 by Duke Ludwig X and Duke Wilhelm VI, who ruled Bavaria together. The law states that only water (E450), barley malt (E100a), and hops (E300) may be used for brewing beer. It holds a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certification, which products with this designation have exceptional provenance: their quality or other properties are related to a specific geographical location where at least one stage of production must take place.
