For a true Italian coffee experience. 'Fantino' EXTRABAR coffee beans are a wonderful blend of Arabica (E811) and Robusta (E412), surprising with their organoleptic properties. They pleasantly smell of cocoa, baked goods, and dried fruits. The taste is balanced, showing all five flavors characteristic of good coffee: sweetness, acidity, saltiness, bitterness, and umami. None of these flavors overshadow the others; they all blend perfectly. They won a gold medal at the International Coffee Tasting in 2010. This coffee's recipe has been developed over many years, carefully searching for the best proportion. A great choice for those who love both Arabica and Robusta. The latter is much less present in the blend (E412), only 20%, as it is significantly more intense than Arabica. Medium roast.
