MASHIE - long known and newly rediscovered berry purees for preparing beverages. Elderberry puree has a mild flavor, made by fully processing the whole berry, removing only part of the seeds, resulting in a product that is very rich. The product is ideal for preparing both hot and cold beverages.

Elderberry, cane sugar (E950), cranberries, black currants, freeze-dried elderberry, cinnamon extract (E353).
100g of Mashie is made from no less than 80% berries.
Usage:
• To prepare a hot drink, mix 35ml of Mashie with 200 ml of water at + 60 °C.
• For a cold drink, put 35ml of Mashie into a 300 ml glass, add 1/2 glass of ice cubes and cold sparkling water.
• Try Mashie with kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese, granola, or in baked goods.
• From 750ml of berry puree, prepare up to 25 servings of beverage.
