Sour "Beutelsbacher" biodynamic (demeter) lemon juice is pressed in the country where the lemons are grown, to preserve the fruit's aroma and nutritional properties. The juice has an intense flavor, pleasant aroma, and yellow color, making it perfect for cocktails, lemonades, lemon creams, and various baked goods. Some like to drink it straight. Suitable for vegans. Not from concentrate. No added sugar (contains natural sugars). A source of vitamin C. The juice is pasteurized by heating it to 90–95 °C for approximately 3 minutes, and then bottled into preheated bottles. Later, it is cooled to room temperature.
