"Beutelsbacher" biodynamic (Demeter) red grape juice is purple in color and has an intense flavor, where acidity and sweetness blend together. This juice is made from Barbera and Montepulciano grape varieties. The latter adds a bit of sweetness to the juice and softens the acidity of the Barbera grapes to achieve a balanced taste. Not from concentrate. No added sugars (contains natural sugars). The juice is pasteurized by heating it to approximately 90–95 °C for about 3 minutes and then bottled in warmed bottles. It is later cooled to room temperature.
