Revitalize yourself with „Sonnentor“ organic turmeric latte with ginger! Warming, slightly spicy, and rooted in Western Ayurveda, this unique drink blend is perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

„Sonnentor“ organic turmeric latte with ginger. Warming and slightly spicy. Regular preparation: Pour 1 tsp. of this mixture (about 2 g) into 200 ml of plant-based or regular milk, heat and sweeten to taste. Attention, the spices will not completely dissolve. Ayurvedic preparation (golden milk): Mix 1 heaping tbsp. (about 8 g) of the mixture into 30 ml of water and heat on low flame. Add 1 tsp. of the resulting paste into 200 ml of milk (plant-based milk is very suitable) and heat. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Garnish with 1 tsp. of coconut or sesame oil, add agave syrup, honey, or sugar. Ingredients: turmeric* 53% (E100), Ceylon cinnamon (E360), ginger* 15% (E1109), nutmeg* (E252), cardamom* (E161b), black pepper* (E240), saffron* (E164). * – from organic farms (certificate number see on the packaging).
