It has low bitterness and perfectly enhances the flavor of food. A fairly versatile oil, you can add it to salads and cooked dishes, and it is also suitable for stewing and marinating. It pleasantly seasons freshly baked bread. Produced in the Mirabelo region of Crete from Koroneiki olives. Their harvest is collected from November to March. Koroneiki olives are one of the most commonly used varieties for oil pressing in Greece. Highly valued for their organoleptic properties.
