"Vassilakis" premium extra virgin olive oil is a cold-pressed oil made from early-harvest olives. With an amazing aroma, vibrant flavor, and intense fruity notes, it perfectly enhances the taste of food. We recommend dipping bread, crackers, chips, and vegetables in it. It also excellently seasons salads, grilled meat, legumes, and is suitable for marinating. Produced in the Mirabello region of Crete from Koroneiki variety olives. The harvest for this oil is collected in early November. Koroneiki is considered one of the best olive varieties in the world, known for its delicate flavor, wonderful aroma, and bright fruity aftertaste. Cold-pressed olive oils retain their distinctive taste and nutritional properties. Free acidity 0.2–0.3% (maximum limit 0.8%, for very good oil – max 0.3%).
