"Vassilakis" extra virgin olive oil PREMIUM is a cold-pressed oil made from early harvest olives. It has a wonderful aroma, distinct flavor, and intense fruity notes. It perfectly enhances the taste of food. We recommend dipping bread, crackers, chips, and vegetables in it. It also excellently seasons salads, meat grilled on barbecue, legumes, and is suitable for marinating. Produced in the Mirabello region of Crete from Koroneiki variety olives. The harvest for this oil is collected in early November. Koroneiki olives are considered some of the best in the world. It has a delicate flavor, wonderful aroma, and vibrant fruity aftertaste. Cold-pressed olive oils maintain their distinctive flavor and nutritional properties. Free acidity 0.2–0.3% (max standard 0.8%, very good oil – max 0.3%).
