‘Vassilakis’ extra virgin olive oil CHARISMA is a cold-pressed oil. Pleasantly fragrant, with a savory taste and notes of fruit and fresh herbs. It has low bitterness, which will help enhance the food's flavor. A quite versatile oil, it can be added to salads and on prepared dishes, and is also suitable for stewing and marinating. It will nicely season a freshly baked loaf of bread. Produced in the Mirabelo region of Crete from Koroneiki variety olives. Their harvest is collected from November to March. Koroneiki olives are one of the most commonly used varieties for oil pressing in Greece. Highly valued for their organoleptic properties. Delicate taste, wonderful aroma, and bright fruity aftertaste. Cold-pressed olive oils retain their distinctive flavor and nutritional properties even at low temperatures. Free acidity 0.3–0.4 % (max. limit 0.8 %).
