“Vassilakis” extra virgin olive oil CHARISMA in a can is cold-pressed oil. Pleasantly fragrant, with a savory taste, fruity and fresh herbal notes. It has low bitterness and wonderfully enhances the flavor of food. A rather versatile oil, you can add it to salads and finished dishes, and it is also suitable for stewing and marinating. It nicely seasons freshly baked bread. Produced in the Mirabelo region of Crete from Koroneiki olives. Their harvest is collected from November to March. Koroneiki olives are one of the most commonly used varieties for oil pressing in Greece. Highly valued for their organoleptic properties. Delicate flavor, wonderful aroma, and distinct fruity aftertastes. Low-temperature, mechanically pressed olive oils retain their characteristic unique taste and nutritional properties. Free acidity 0.3–0.4 % (max. standard 0.8 %).
