Fresh, new 2024 harvest extra virgin novello olive oil "Centumbrie". Pressed in early October from the first olives grown and hand-picked in the central Italian region of Umbria. Cold-pressed, unfiltered. This oil is thick, green in color, with an extremely rich, intense flavor – fresh herbs and fruity notes are present, along with a pleasant fresh aroma – notes of fruits and vegetables with hints of olives and herbs.
