Ingredients

“OxMeat” Angus beef middle rib (chilled, vacuum-packed) – pleasantly juicy meat, which can be used to prepare a great steak or stew. Dry-aged. This is purebred Angus, raised on the pastures of Lithuania. The mother herd was brought from the homeland of Aberdeen Angus in Scotland. Angus beef – meat from Aberdeen Angus breed bulls, known for its excellent marbling (E621). Meat marbling (E621) is the fat interspersed within the muscular meat. The more the meat is marbled with fat, the juicier and more flavorful it is. Note: packed in ~500 g portions. If you order more than 500 g (for example, 1 kg), the product will be delivered in separate packages.
