DR.OETKER dark chocolate chips for glazing – the perfect addition to your desserts! Easily melts and is ideal for decorating cakes, buns, and other baked goods.

Country of origin: Denmark Net weight: 100 g Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder (E471), cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOY lecithin, E322), natural vanilla flavoring. Usage instructions: chocolate chips are used for icing or as regular baking chocolate. They mix and melt very easily. Suitable for glazing and coating cakes and pastry products or used in baking cakes, buns, or other goodies, perfect for decoration. Preparation: bring a small pot of water to a boil and place a bowl on top of the pot. Pour 2/3 of the chocolate chips into the bowl and slowly melt them over low heat (the chocolate temperature should not exceed 40°C). Remove the bowl from the pot and, while stirring, add the remaining chocolate chips. The chocolate is ready to use once it becomes uniform. Nutritional information for 100 g of product: energy value 2282 kJ / 548 kcal, fat 36 g, of which saturated fatty acids 22 g, carbohydrates 46 g, of which sugars 44 g, proteins 5.10 g, salt 0.01 g.
