Collaborating with Ieva Mackevičienė, ACALA embarked on a true journey of flavors. Sparkling tea ACALA VOYAGE is a refreshing and highly complex beverage revealing the flavors of wild raspberries, exotic lychees, and sweet-sour rhubarb, with hints of light Damascus rose. The process of making this aromatic tea takes about 7-8 months, of which 6 months are dedicated to fermentation. ACALA VOYAGE is ideally suited as an aperitif, pairing well with fresh fish, tuna tartare, grilled shrimp, goat cheeses, or light cheddar, salads, chicken dishes, and desserts.
