Natural salt reveals its properties best and is best absorbed by our body when consumed dissolved in water. For this, a saturated salt solution is prepared (a solution in which no more salt dissolves) – 27 g of salt (a heaping tablespoon) and 100 ml of water. One teaspoon of this solution is used for a glass of water. „Natur Hurtig” salt comes from one of the oldest salt mines at the foothills of the Himalayas, where salt has been traditionally mined for 2000 years, manually sorted, washed, sun-dried, and ground. During the mining process, no blasting is used (!).
