Flavors of lime (green lemons), lemon, and mint. unpasteurized; with probiotics; gluten-free; lactose-free; suitable for vegans. Kombucha is made by adding a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast known as SCOBY to sweetened tea. Fermentation lasts several days while carefully controlling the temperature.
