Evian natural mineral water is a high-calcium, neutral pH water. It is of medium mineralization. Sourced from the French Alps. The water springs to the surface at the Évián le Bèno town in the Alps from an underground formation known as an aquifer. Water hardness: very hard. Chemical composition of water: TDS (total dissolved solids) 345 mg/L; pH 7.2; Ca 80 mg/L; Mg 26 mg/L; Si 14 mg/L; Na 6.5 mg/L; nitrates 3.7 mg/L. Evian water begins its journey as snow and rain, naturally filtering for up to 15 years as it travels through deep earth layers. It collects all minerals and electrolytes while flowing through glacial rocks, and it is not artificially enhanced in any way. It has an exceptionally crisp taste.
