Water hardness: semi-hard. It is safe to drink low mineralization water daily. Water chemical composition: TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) 230 mg/L; pH 7.46; Ca 18 mg/L; Mg 14 mg/L; Si 84 mg/L; Na 17 mg/L; nitrates 0.27 mg/L. "Fiji" water is extracted from an artesian aquifer located deep beneath tropical forests. Its taste and quality are protected from external environmental factors by numerous layers of rock. It is pumped through a special closed supply system that allows bottling of the water without human touch. Untouched, it remains so until the bottle cap is opened.
