Organic unfiltered (raw) apple cider vinegar, also known simply as apple vinegar, made through natural fermentation from whole, ripe organic apples, unheated. Acidity 5%. Provides a gently rich, fresh flavor for salads and cold dishes. Can be prepared as a refreshing drink (2 tsp. of vinegar, 1 glass of water, sweetened with honey). Also suitable as an additive for baths and for skin rubbing (has a refreshing effect). Important that the vinegar is unpasteurized (!), as is this one, since industrially produced vinegar is pasteurized and lacks the typical properties of naturally fermented products. Unpasteurized vinegar is cloudy, and if stored after opening, further cloudiness increases. This is a sign of ongoing fermentation and evidence that the vinegar is unpasteurized and of high quality.
