Today, Henry Westons Medium Sweet Vintage cider is made from a single vintage of apples, ripened and harvested in the counties of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire. The cider is slowly aged in old oak barrels, gaining an exceptionally smooth, multi-layered flavor.
