"OxMeat" Angus beef knuckle – lean, pleasantly juicy, dry-aged meat. We recommend slicing it thin and using it for sandwiches, making beef stroganoff, hot dogs with steak strips (Philly cheesesteak), and more. It is also possible to make a steak from the beef knuckle, but it would require a lot of fat since this meat is very lean. These are purebred Angus, raised on pasture in Lithuania. The maternal herd was brought from the homeland of Aberdeen Angus in Scotland. Angus beef – meat from Aberdeen Angus breed cattle, known for its excellent marbling. Meat marbling is the distribution of fat within muscular meat. The more the meat is interlaced with fat patterns, the juicier and more expressive it is. Note: packed in ~600 g portions.
