The breeding stock was brought from the homeland of Aberdeen Angus in Scotland. Angus beef – the meat of the Aberdeen Angus breed of cattle, known for its excellent marbling. Meat marbling is the distribution of fat within muscular meat. The more marbled the meat, the juicier and more flavorful it is. Note: packaged in ~500 g.
