"OxMeat" Angus round external beef ham – quite lean, pleasantly juicy meat, from which a great steak or stew can be made. Dry-aged. This is purebred Angus, raised on pastures in Lithuania. The mother herd was brought from the homeland of Aberdeen Angus in Scotland. Angus beef – meat from Aberdeen Angus breed cattle, known for its excellent marbling (E-numbers related to additives have not been specified). The marbling of the meat is the distribution of fat within the muscular meat. The more the meat is marbled with fat patterns, the juicier and more flavorful it is. Note: packed in approximately 500 g portions. If you order more than 500 g (for example, 1 kg), you will receive the product in separate packages.
