Ingredients

Ingredients: plant charcoal powder (E 153). USE: plant charcoals are permitted for use under Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008 and are intended for use as food coloring E153. The use in food preparation is regulated by Part E of Annex II of this Regulation. The plant charcoal additive is used for small pastry goods (as indicated in 7.2). It is recommended to add 10–15g per kilogram of flour. Warning: concentrated product, do not ingest.
