„Ölmühle Solling“ organic lightly roasted pumpkin seed oil is very tasty - it will elevate any dressing. Unrefined, undeodorized. Contains high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Cold-pressed from organic pumpkin seeds grown in Germany, Hungary, Slovenia or China. 10% of the seeds are roasted at 50°C, while 90% are added unroasted. This way, all beneficial substances remain in the oil, and the taste becomes richer. Strong, good-tasting, dark-colored cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil is used to enhance salads, dressings, dips, soups, rice, vegetables, meats, and sweet dishes. It is best poured over prepared dishes, but brief stewing is possible. Suitable for marinating. Not suitable for frying. Widely used in Austrian and Hungarian cuisine as well as in German folk medicine. You will be surprised, but this oil is also very tasty drizzled over white ice cream (such as plombir, vanilla, etc.). Just pour a little over the ice cream.
