The cocoa beans used to make "Ombar" chocolate are grown in Ecuador and are processed at low temperatures to retain beneficial nutrients. Coconut cream lends softness to the chocolate - the flavor resembles milk chocolate. Coconut sugar - unrefined, produced from the nectar of coconut palm flowers, evaporated by heating over fire.
