Description

Discover the authentic taste of the sea with Oyster ADRI & ZOON. With a delicate iodine note and a crispy texture, these oysters from Loire Atlantique - La Vendee pair perfectly with Riestling sekt Brut wine.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Oyster: Fine de Claire du Cap Horn. Additive: E250 (Sodium nitrite). Region: Loire Atlantique - La Vendee. Taste: Fine, iodine-like taste, green to turquoise-blue colour, early aftertaste possible. Wine advice: Riestling sekt Brut, Rheingan, Germany (great dry sparkling wine from Germany with crispy acids). Grows and lives near the shore, feeds on microorganisms and survives only in unpolluted water. Its shape resembles a hammer, with the 'handle' made up of two shells. The taste is slightly salty with an aftertaste of ocean water. The mollusk's 'meat' is firm.
