POMA AUREA is the first cider created by the Trabanco family business, made exclusively from traditional apple varieties of the Asturias region – Regona and Raxao – which are fermented for several months at low temperatures in wooden chestnut barrels. The sparkling cider is characterized by a unique golden color, with notes of green apples and orange peels in its flavor. It carries the DOP (Denominazione d'Origine Protetta / Protected Designation of Origin) label, which is granted to products whose quality and characteristics are exclusively dependent on their geographical origin. All stages of the product's production are carried out in a specifically designated area.
