Fatty Acid Polyglycerol Esters (E475)
Polyglycerol Polyricinoleate: Generally considered safe, used as an emulsifier to reduce the viscosity of chocolate. May cause mild digestive discomfort in large amounts.
Fatty Acid Monoglycerides and Diglycerides (E471)
Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids: Commonly used as an emulsifier, generally safe for consumption. Can contain trans fats if derived from partially hydrogenated oils.
Citric Acid: Widely used as an acidity regulator and preservative, generally safe. Excessive consumption may cause mild digestive discomfort.
Beta Carotene: Used as a coloring, generally recognized as safe. Also serves as a precursor to vitamin A.
