Ingredients: Fermented cheese 80%, processed cheese 10%, PANKO breadcrumbs (wheat flour, drinking water, salt, yeast E620), egg mixture, spices. Thawing should be done without refreezing. The prepared breaded cheese patty is fried in hot oil at +160C for about 3 minutes - 3 minutes 30 seconds, until nicely golden brown. The internal temperature during cooking should not be lower than +75C.
