“Bauck Hof” biodynamic oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. Gluten-free, no added sugar (contains natural sugars). High in fiber. Source of protein. Low in saturated fat and very low in salt. Suitable for vegans. Quick preparation (for 1 serving): add 4 heaping tablespoons (50 g) of the mixture to a bowl. Pour in 125 ml of boiling water or boiling milk, soy, oat, or almond drink. Mix well and let it soak for 2 minutes. Stir again and eat warm.
