Millet porridge (for 2 people): 100 g millet flakes, 500 ml water, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla, 100 g cream, 1 tablespoon of honey. While stirring the flakes, pour them into boiling water. Turn off the heat and let the porridge sit covered for 10 minutes to swell.
