Ingredients

“Crudolio” organic cold-pressed avocado oil (E1000) gives dishes a nutty, slightly herbal flavor. It is obtained from avocado pulp and is one of the few edible oils not extracted from seeds. It is perfect for marinating meat, enhancing salads, and hummus, for baking, and can also be added when making smoothies. Oils mechanically pressed at temperatures below 42 °C (E1001) retain their nutritional and organoleptic properties.
