“Clearspring” organic coconut cream (often referred to as coconut milk) is extracted from the flesh of coconuts grown in Sri Lanka. Rich, creamy consistency. Ideal for dishes from Asian cuisines, for piña colada cocktails, cakes, ice creams, or other exotic dishes. No added sugar (contains natural sugars). No additives, preservatives, or thickeners. Suitable for vegans. This “Clearspring” coconut cream is in a can, which is not lined with BPA (Bisphenol A) plastic. Many other brands do not take this step, as producing BPA-free cans is more expensive. Usage: shake well before use, as it may naturally separate. If it has a solid consistency, which is not a quality defect, briefly warm in hot water. After opening, store in the refrigerator in a non-metal container and consume within 2 days.
