Ingredients: WHEAT flour, skimmed MILK, vegetable oil (rapeseed, coconut), EGGS, sugar, dough rising agents (E500, E450), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier sunflower lecithin (E322), EGG white powder, salt, acidity regulator citric acid (E330), flavoring (contains MILK). Nutritional information per 100 g: energy value 1520 kJ/ 365 kcal, fat 20.7 g, of which saturated fat 3.3 g; carbohydrates 36.7 g, of which sugars 16.3 g; protein 6.7 g, salt 0.83 g. Keep at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Once thawed, store at up to 7°C and consume within 24 hours. PREPARATION: remove pancakes from packaging. In microwave (800W): place 6 pancakes on a suitable heating plate and heat for 40 seconds. In pan: melt a little butter in a pan. Heat pancakes for 3 minutes, turning regularly.
