„Ölmühle Solling“ organic cold-pressed walnut oil. E900 Unrefined and undeodorized. This is an oil of special flavor, liked even by children. Extremely rich and characterful walnut taste. It contains a lot of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Cold-pressed walnut oil is used to enhance a variety of dishes: salads, soups and sauces, porridges, sweet dishes, dressings (e.g., with yogurt), baked goods, and desserts. It is very tasty to mix with a bit of vinegar for dressings. This oil is primarily composed of polyunsaturated fatty acids, so it is sensitive to temperature. Not suitable for frying.
