Ingredients

Ingredients: hot peppers, lemongrass, garlic, salt, aromatic ginger (E918), shallots, shrimp paste (SHRIMP, salt), late lemon tree peels, cumin powder. May contain traces of FISH (E605) and SHELLFISH (E631). Label is an example of presentation. Consumption instructions: Mix 240 ml of coconut MILK with curry paste and heat. Add 250 g of chopped beef (E250) or chicken and simmer until cooked. Add 240 ml of water and wait until it boils. Then add eggplants, cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and hot peppers, and continue to simmer until the vegetables soften. Season with fish sauce (E620). Serve with boiled rice. Store in a dry and cool place.
