"Chaokoh" pure (virgin) coconut oil is mechanically extracted from fresh coconuts. It has a pleasant coconut aroma and flavor. Butter-like texture. Unrefined. Due to its high smoke point, it is excellent for frying in a pan. We recommend using it for baking sweet treats, such as cookies or granola, which will gain a light coconut aftertaste. It is especially delicious for making stews, such as with zucchini, pumpkin, and onions, adding to smoothies, or using for roasting chicken. A great substitute for butter in vegan recipes. Can also be used as a cosmetic product. Solid consistency below 25 °C. The oil is rich in lauric acid.
