Quick preparation (for 1 serving): add 4 heaping tablespoons (50 g) of the mixture to a bowl. Pour in 100 ml of boiling water or boiling milk, soy, oat, or almond drink. Mix well and let sit for 2 minutes to swell. Stir again and enjoy warm.
