“Vassilakis” extra virgin olive oil CHARISMA is a cold-pressed oil. Pleasantly aromatic, with a savory flavor and notes of fruit and fresh herbs. Has low bitterness, perfectly enhances the taste of dishes. Quite a versatile oil, suitable for adding to salads and finished dishes; also suitable for stewing and marinating. It will pleasantly season freshly baked bread. Produced in the Mirabelo region of Crete from Koroneiki variety olives. Their harvest is collected between November and March. Koroneiki olives are one of the most commonly used varieties for oil extraction in Greece. Highly valued for their organoleptic properties. With a delicate flavor, wonderful aroma, and bright fruity aftertastes. Cold-extracted olive oils retain their distinctive flavor and nutritional properties. Free acidity 0.3–0.4% (maximum standard 0.8%).
