PREPARATION: For 1 liter of chicken broth: 20 g of AMOY chicken broth powder. For 600 g of a cooked dish: 1 teaspoon of AMOY chicken broth powder. For 600 g of filling: 3 teaspoons of AMOY chicken broth powder. Store in a dry and cool place, covered with a plastic lid.
