May contain traces of SOY. Preparation: Microwave: Heat frozen pancakes for 3-4 minutes (min) at 175-350 W (W) in the microwave. Oven: Place frozen pancakes on a baking tray and heat for 10-15 minutes in a 180 °C oven. Do not refreeze once thawed. Store at -18 °C.
