Description

Natural, organic soy and brown rice miso paste, rich in protein. Perfect for soups, stews, and sauces, bringing authentic Japanese flavor. A great choice for vegans and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts.

Ingredients

"Clearspring" organic traditional Japanese soy and brown rice miso paste. Unpasteurized, fermented. Rich in protein. Used to prepare traditional Japanese dishes, enhances soups (try adding instead of sour cream), stews, mashed potatoes, various sauces, dressings, marinades, spreads, fish and vegetable dishes. Suitable for vegans. Miso is a valuable fermented soy product. Made in Japan since the 8th century, with over 1000 tons of miso consumed daily for various dishes. "Clearspring" miso is made only from the highest quality ingredients, from whole soybeans and whole grain brown rice. Naturally fermented for 12 months in wooden cedar barrels with a unique Koji fermentation culture. Proteins help maintain normal bone condition, increase muscle mass, and preserve muscle mass. It's important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Usage: dissolve miso in a small amount of water (about 1 tsp of miso and 1 cup of liquid) and add it to the dish just before finishing cooking to preserve valuable nutrients. Store in a cool, dark place. Consume within 6 months after opening. Miso is a "live" product, so ongoing fermentation may cause the lid to rise - the product will still be suitable for consumption. White yeasts may appear due to exposure to air - simply remove them. Ingredients: soybeans* 47% (E457), brown rice* 33%, sea salt (E535), water. * – from organic farms.
