Ingredients

Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten, E-number: E500), water, salt, yeast (E620), dietary fibers. Preparation of hot pitas: lightly sprinkle pita bread with water, then place in a preheated oven (temperature 80-90 °C) for no longer than 5-6 minutes. Toast the bread to your desired crispness. Preparation of cold pitas: thaw pita bread in its plastic packaging for 30 minutes at room temperature. After thawing, the product can be kept at room temperature for up to 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing! Storage temperature -18°C. May contain traces of eggs, milk and their products. Best before: see on the package. Made in Israel.
