Recipe. Quick rice pudding (for 2 people): 500 ml milk or 350 ml soy drink, 50 g rice flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of bourbon vanilla, to taste: butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix rice flour, sugar, salt, and bourbon vanilla into half of the milk until no lumps remain. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Gradually stir the rice flour mixture into the boiling milk and cook while stirring until bubbles form and the porridge reaches a thick consistency. Serve with melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Especially delicious with canned cherries. Ingredients: biodynamic whole grain brown rice flour.
