"Bauck Hof" spelt semolina is whole grain, therefore more valuable than regular semolina. A source of fiber and protein, contains very little salt. Certified Demeter. Suitable for vegans. However, this does not apply to spelt semolina - due to the specific nature of spelt grains, even fine spelt semolina is valuable! Suitable for porridge, casseroles, baked goods, soups, sauces, etc. Spelt semolina porridge: add 75 g of semolina to 1/2 liter of warm milk and bring to a boil while stirring.
