"Ölmühle Solling" organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar (also simply known as apple vinegar) is produced by natural fermentation from selected apples. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. Acidity 5%. Full-bodied aromatic vinegar enhances salads, dressings, and toppings. Fresh taste. A popular drink in Germany is made from vinegar with mineral water and honey (2 tsp of vinegar, 1 glass of water, sweetened with honey). It is also suitable as an additive in baths and for skin rubbing (it has a refreshing effect). It is important that the vinegar is unpasteurized (!), as this one is, because industrially produced vinegar is pasteurized and lacks the properties characteristic of naturally fermented products.
