Easy and quick to prepare, no cooking needed – just add water and milk. Preparation: Pour 5 tablespoons (approximately 25 g) of cereal into a bowl, add 75 ml of warm milk and 75 ml of warm water, stir – ready. You can also pour the cereal with goat or soy milk, or Lactana Bio 2 or Goat Milk Bio 2 formulas for babies. If you want to diversify your baby's diet, you can add fruit puree or freshly mashed fruits. Feed with a spoon or let your baby try to eat by themselves. For children and adults, you can prepare it with fruits, yogurt, raisins, or nuts. Do not heat in the microwave.
