Ingredients

"Laesk" organic kombucha LEMON is a wonderful lemon-flavored fermented tea drink – a true refreshing joy! The tea was prepared using brewed green tea leaves and elderflower, giving it a floral aftertaste. A special scoby mushroom was added to the tea for fermentation. At the end of the process, the drink is enriched with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Tasting reveals robust bubbles that form when yeast converts sugar into carbon dioxide. Kombucha is made by adding symbiotic bacteria (E170) and yeast cultures (E621) to sweet tea. Fermentation lasts from 7 to 30 days, carefully controlling the temperature. Later, if desired, it is supplemented with essential oils or juices to achieve a specific flavor.
